  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

  • Additional Costs: In rare cases where delivery to remote areas incurs extra charges, you will be informed before the order is dispatched.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of confirmation.
  • Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order placement.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days after order processing.
  • Delivery to Remote Areas: 7-10 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical issues.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
  • You can use the tracking ID to monitor the progress of your shipment on the courier service’s website.

  • Common delivery partners include Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Incomplete Address: Ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
  • Unavailable Recipient: In case of failed delivery attempts, the courier may contact you or attempt redelivery the next business day.
  • Undelivered Orders: If your order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

9. Address Change After Order Placement

  • Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped.

10. P.O. Box Addresses

  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
